Rehearsals

Featuring ten rehearsal spaces, our facilities cater to a diverse range of performers, from soloists to a 60-piece Orchestra. Our modern and technologically advanced facility offers the perfect solution for rehearsals of any size.

All rehearsal areas are seamlessly connected through cutting-edge Danate technology, enhancing the overall experience.

Podcast and Content Recording

We offer a comprehensive solution for creating compelling content, supplying both the necessary equipment and expert support. All you need to do is simply show up, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Hourly / Day Rate

We offer a wide range of facility hire options for our Recording, Dance and Drama Studios as well as Practice rooms and Theatre Hire, for Commercial, Community and Charitable use, including:
Dance Studio Hire - £30 per hour
Drama Studio Hire - Without lighting rig - £30 per hour
With lighting rig - £45 per hour
Recording Studio Hire Day Rate - Hourly rate (minimum 3 hours) - £45 per hour.
Full Day (10 Hours) - £350 Per Day
More than 3 Days - £320 Per Day
Recording Studio and Oak Theatre Full Day (12 Hours) - £1,400 Per Day More than 3 Days - £1,100 Per Day

Platinum

Includes transportation of equipment from our rental catalogue (backline to be paid separately depending on requirement)

These prices include one technician and a on-site contact leading up to and including the booking. Access to the fully licensed Gasworks café, where refreshments can be purchased or provided within a Package Price.
